1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing & Production: All orders are processed and produced within 28 business days. Products are not made until order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and another notification once it has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (within United States of America):
    • Standard Shipping: $7.99

3. Shipping Carriers

We may use the following carriers for shipping:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship domestically. (In the U.S)
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • INHRTD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

8. Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at 
    inhrtdclothing@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
